We want you to be completely obsessed with your Juicy Couture purchase; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to your original packaging, ensuring all previous shipping stickers are covered.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your return parcel to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a small restocking fee.
